Pole Lighting
If your pole lamp no longer lights or stays on constantly, your photosensor requires replacement. Per Owen Brown Architectural Guidelines: RESIDENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN YARD LAMPPOST LIGHTS. THESE LIGHTS MUST BE OPERATIONAL AND MAY NOT BE REMOVED AS THEY SERVE AS STREET LIGHTS. Failure to correct pole lamp malfunction may result in a covenant violation letter.

You can repair this yourself (watch this YouTube video or read How to Replace a Lamp Post Photo Cell) or hire an electrician (average cost about $150).
