To rent your property, Howard County requires a Rental License.
Lakewinds has two requirements: email us your new mailing address AND inform tenants about Owen Brown and Lakewinds covenants.
Common problems involve parking, trash pickup, and posting commercial signs. When violations occur, we typically contact both the renter and the owner to get the issues resolved.
